PRIMAL GYM Muay Thai has come a long way. It’s hard to say when it all started as the PRIMAL founder Ryan Davies Has had a passion for Thai Boxing since he was a child having watched both Kick boxer and Blood Sport.
Ryan would later go on to formally start studying Muay Thai & Sanda Chinese kick boxing after school- under Muay Thai Kru Henry Madini 2002. Under Henry he would compete in both local Kick Boxing & Muay Thai fights between the years of 2003 to 2007. In 2006 Ryan decided leave South Africa to go and train in Bangkok Thailand.
Today Ryan is the founder and owner of PRIMAL GYM Rosebank South Africa. Along side Kru Liale Francis they are intent on making an impact on the South African Muay Thai scene.
