A.C.T KIDS PROGRAM - We offer integrity and not belts. Our program has come from many years of research of what different children and age groups respond too. It has to be fun and non competitive. This way we create an environment of learning, building self conference, and skill development.There is no rush. We strive to do one thing, build strong confident safe people, from child to adult. Classes are very private, no more than 6 children at a time.

Weather you are a fighter looking to improve your striking or you want to train like a fighter, Muay Thai has something for everybody. Expect to sweat and hit bags and pads. Sparring is optional.
