With me at JoziCalisthenics we will work on movement and strength by only using your body as resistance. Specializing in individual beginner’s programs we will together build integral base strength in a short amount of time, learn new skills like handstands, lizard crawls or back bends. We will combat the effects of living in the 21st century. Ailments like forward head posture (FHP) developed while sitting at a desk for extended periods working/studying or staring at your phone all day are very real. Diabetes, obesity and poor posture, just to name a few are all 21st century problems that never existed till now. Whether it be children who need some healthy time away from the screen. People not keen on gym contracts and weight training in the mirror. People who want that first push into healthy living and strong movement.
